Mogull Realty was a major contributor to the transformation of the Meatpacking District into a New York hotspot. We represented The Hotel Gansevoort in leasing its retail space and leased many storefronts in the area to high profile-retailers such as Catherine Malandrino, Henry Beguelin, Dernier Cri and Scoop. In addition, national tenants such as T-Mobile and Scoop have relied on us for their national retail expansion. On T-Mobile’s behalf, Mogull Realty completed 51 retail leases throughout the eastern seaboard within a 12-month window. She’s also inked deals on behalf of STK Restaurant in New York, Las Vegas and Washington, D.C..
