In previous experience, Mogull has worked with the Gansevoort Hotel and high-end retailers. She was recently appointed the Trump Organization's exclusive retail broker for four Trump buildings, including Trump Plaza.  Located on the northwest comer of West 57th Street and the Avenue of the Americas, the Buckingham is currently celebrating its 75th anniversary with a $9 million renovation and a marketing campaign designed to attract a top restaurant for the hotel.  "The hotel's recent upgrades, along with such 2004 achievements as its designation as the official hotel to the JVC Jazz Festival, has increased the desirability of the available restaurant space. W e are catching the eye of some incredible restaurateurs looking to capitalize on the hotel's revitalization and the lure of 57th Street," Mogull said.  The Buckingham’s restaurant space, which years ago housed Wolf s Delicatessen, consists of 8,500 square foot of street-level space.
